What it costs, with nothing left out.
Seven cabins, eleven riverside sites and fifteen hookup spaces up top. Weekday and weekend rates below, then the three things that get added — tax, dogs and an extra tent — said plainly, so the figure you see here is the figure you pay.
The cabins.
Each cabin priced on its own, never grouped. Every one has a full kitchen, every one takes dogs, and all seven sleep four.

Camping and RV.
No tax on any of these, and no dog fee either — the dog charge is a cabin cleaning charge and nothing else.

Some of the up-top spaces go monthly. That is a conversation rather than a rate — the figure depends on the season and the length of the stay, so ring Phil on (530) 694-2229 and he will tell you.
What gets added.
- Alpine County lodging tax, 14% — cabins only. Nothing is added to a campsite or an RV slot. The tax is settled with the final payment, not with the deposit.
- Dogs: $30 flat, for the whole visit. Not per night and not per dog — bring two and it is still $30. Cabins only; dogs cost nothing at the campsites or on the RV row.
- An extra tent pitched at a cabin: $10 a night, cabins №3 to №7. Every cabin sleeps four; this is for the overflow who would rather be outside anyway.
No minimum stay, ever. One night is a booking like any other, on any date, including weekends and holidays.
Booking.
Check in from 2pm and check out by 11am. You can ask for dates on the website at any hour, and the General Store answers the phone 8am to 6pm, every day — if the counter is shut, the form is not.
