The gift
What you are actually giving is a couple of days on a river, which is harder to wrap than a dollar figure but easier to remember. The certificate carries an amount rather than a date, so nobody has to guess which weekend somebody else is free — the recipient picks the cabin or the site and the nights themselves, whenever it suits them. It never expires, and it works toward any cabin, any riverside campsite, or any RV space up top.
How it works
- Pick an amount. Whatever fits the gift — enough for a couple of riverside nights, or a cabin over a weekend.
- We issue the certificate — a code, the amount, and the resort's own painted certificate to hand over.
- The recipient books when they're ready, online or by phone, and the certificate pays its part of the bill.
If the stay comes to less than the certificate, the balance stays on it for next time; if it comes to more, they pay the difference at the counter. The same people who issue it will be behind that counter when the guest arrives.
