Almost done — who’s staying?

You'll pay the deposit — half the lodging, plus the county tax on that half for a cabin — on a secure Stripe checkout; the balance goes to the same card about a week before arrival. Questions? (530) 694-2229 answers.

The receipt goes here — nothing else does.We need an email for the receipt — nothing else gets sent to it.

Rates are per night and there is no minimum stay, ever. Cabin stays add Alpine County's 14% occupancy tax; campsites and RV spaces aren't taxed. Friday and Saturday are the weekend rate. The eleven riverside sites are one rate whether you pitch a tent or park a rig — no hookups down there — and the RV spaces up top have full hookups, their own rate, and a slot we confirm by phone. Dogs are welcome everywhere — cabins, campsites and RV spaces alike. A cabin carries a $30 flat cleaning fee for the visit however many you bring; camping with a dog is free. Cabins №3–№7 can take an extra tent in the yard for $10, once, for the whole stay. Check-in is 2pm and check-out 11am for cabins; campsites and RV spaces turn over at noon.

Cancelling

Cancelling: a $25 cancellation fee applies to any cancelled reservation, and the rest of what you paid goes back to the card it came from — or keep the whole of it as an open credit toward a future stay, with no fee. Either way, call (530) 694-2229 and talk to us — we are a family resort and we would rather hear from you than not.
